Enterprise car hire changes and cancellation policy

If you have already collected your vehicle and would like to extend the duration of your car hire period, please contact the office where you collected your vehicle.
If you have not yet collected your vehicle:
If you have not yet collected your vehicle, you can consult, modify or cancel your reservation here. When visiting this page, you must ensure that all fields contain the information requested. In order to locate your reservation, you need to enter your confirmation number, first name and last name. If you have entered this information correctly and are still unable to modify your reservation, please contact us.
If you change your car hire location, date or time, there may be a change in rates, taxes, surcharges or charges for young drivers on your car hire. Please check your new rate quote when you confirm your reservation.

Will I be charged if I cancel my reservation?

Europe website and mobile app:
If you have not prepaid for your reservation, no cancellation fee will be applied.
If you have prepaid for your vehicle reservation, the following conditions apply (valid in Europe only):
You will not be charged a cancellation fee if you cancel your reservation within seven days of the start of the car hire.
If you cancel your reservation fewer than seven days in advance, but at least 24 hours before your pickup time, we will refund the amount of the reservation minus a small cancellation fee. Please call 1 (855) 266-9289 for the exact amount of the cancellation fee.
If you cancel your reservation fewer than 24 hours prior to your collection time, you will not be entitled to a refund.
