How do I change or cancel my reservation?
If you already have your car hire vehicle:
If you have already picked up your vehicle and wish to keep it longer; you must contact the location where you picked up the vehicle.|
If you have not yet picked up your vehicle:
If you have not picked up your vehicle you can view, modify, or cancel your reservation by clicking here. Make sure all fields are filled in. To find your reservation, you must enter your confirmation number, first name and last name. If you have entered all this information correctly and still cannot modify your reservation, please contact us.
If you modify your pick-up or drop-off location, date or time, this may result in a change to your rates, taxes and surcharges. Please check the new rate applicable before confirming your selection.
Will I be charged if I cancel my reservation?
European website and application:
You can cancel your reservation at any time and for any reason by following the instructions on our website.
- If you have not paid for your reservation in advance, there will be no cancellation charge.
- If you prepaid for your reservation, the following conditions will apply (applicable in Europe only):
- If you cancel your reservation at least 3 full days before the specified vehicle pick up time, you will receive a full refund
- If you cancel your reservation less than 3 days before the specified vehicle pick up time, you will receive a full refund minus the lesser of the following two amounts: i) the full cost of the reservation; and ii) €50.
- If you do not cancel your reservation and you do not arrive at the car hire office ("no show") or you fail to comply with the conditions for taking the vehicle set out in the general terms and conditions of car hire, you will receive a full refund minus the lower of the following fees: (i) the full cost of the reservation; and ii) €150.
Your refund will be made to the credit card used to make your reservation.
Will my rate change if I modify my reservation;
Possibly. Car hire rates can change on a daily basis. Changing the number of car hrie days may result in a change to the daily rate.
Reservations booked on a third party website must be cancelled through the third party website. Reservation agents cannot change reservations booked on these websites nor can you cancel them on the enterprise.fr website. Please return to the website where you originally made the reservation.
