1. This promotional discount ("Offer") is offered by Autotransporte Turístico Español S.A. (“Enterprise”), a company incorporated under the laws of Spain and registered in the Commercial Registry of Madrid, with registered office at Avenida del Ensanche de Vallecas, 37 - 3a y 4a Planta, 28501, Madrid, Spain. The Offer is valid during the Offer Period, as defined below, and is subject to the following terms and conditions 
2. Unless otherwise specified, this offer does not apply to any additional charges including optional excess waiver, one way hire charges, fuel charges, young driver charges, hire of additional items including but not limited to child seats, snow chains, roof racks and navigation guides.  
3. This Offer entitles you to 10% off the base vehicle hire rate on the rental rates made at the time of reservation during the (“Offer Period") (19 August – 25 October 2024). 
4. This Offer is valid for car and van rental between 19 August – 29 November 2024, when you book. 
5. This offer does not apply to any Enterprise Flex-E-Rent, Enterprise Car Club or Enterprise Exotics vehicles.  
6. Any reservation must meet our standard age, driver and credit requirements and we reserve the right to decline any reservation on such grounds. Other age restrictions and young driver fees may apply by rental country, see website at www.enterprise.es for full details. 
7. This Offer is available at participating Enterprise locations across the UK, Ireland, Germany, France and Spain.  
8. This Offer is valid for reservations made during the Offer Period as set out above and does not apply to Rental Periods exceeding 27 days.  
9. This Offer applies to car and van classes and is subject to vehicle availability and may not be used in conjunction with any other promotional offer, coupon, discounted rate in respect of any previous or existing reservations. This promotion cannot be applied retrospectively.  
10. This Offer and these terms and conditions are additional to, and do not replace any terms of the agreement in relation to your rental, which contains important provisions relating to the hire of any vehicle and which shall continue to apply in full for the rental.  
11. Enterprise reserves the right to modify the Offer at any time without prior notice.  
12. The Offer and its terms and conditions are governed by Spanish law and any dispute or claim that arises as a consequence of the Offer, its terms and conditions or in relation to them must be substantiated before the Spanish courts and tribunals or, where applicable, in the courts of the Member State of the European Union where you reside. 
13. Nothing in these terms and conditions, including the previous paragraph, may affect your rights as a consumer under current mandatory legislation. 
14. You are strongly advised to familiarise yourself with local traffic rules in your rental country destination. Further information can be found for countries in the European Union. 
15. This Offer is subject to availability and subject to change without notice. 
16. By participating in this Offer, customers agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. Enterprise reserves its right to disqualify any participant who violates these terms and conditions or engages in any fraudulent activity in connection with this Offer.
