Is my Free Day lost if I made an Enterprise Plus redemption reservation then never rented?
No, your Free Day isn't lost. You can request your points to be deposited back into your account up to 6 months after the scheduled pick-up date. To request a deposit:
- Login to your account
- Select "My Rewards and Benefits"
- View your points history
- Request a redeposit for your redemption reservation that was not picked up
