Long answer
The partial damage waiver protects users in the event of accidental damage or theft of the vehicle. It is included in the cost of your car hire and means that your financial liability in the event of any such incident is limited to the amount of the excess established in each case. If you want to further reduce the amount you pay (known as your "excess"), you can purchase additional protection products. Roadside Assistance Protection (RAP) allows you to waive all financial responsibility for the following: tyre repair or replacement costs, except when part of a larger repair, replacement keys and costs, and all recovery and travel costs billed by the Owner's Roadside Assistance providers as a result of a fault or situation caused by renter or driver error.
