Can I request transport from my home to my car hire vehicle?

- Yes, please check with your normal car hire office for conditions and availability.
- The collection service is provided only by city offices. Not available at airports.

Long answer
Yes, our free collection service is available at city offices that are not at an airport during normal customer service hours. To request a collection service or to make any changes to this service, please check with your car hire office when you receive your reservation confirmation call. One of our employees will pick you up and accompany you to the office, where your vehicle will be handed over to you so that you can get going as soon as possible.
Please note:
If you hire at an airport office, we are located at the terminal or a short shuttle ride away. Due to security regulations, our airport offices are unable to provide an airport pickup or shuttle service.
Is it possible to guarantee pickup?
In order to guarantee pickup time, you must confirm your car hire with the office at least two hours in advance.
