How can I obtain a copy of my car hire invoice?

GET YOUR INVOICE

Invoices are available online for six months, starting 48 hours after your vehicle is returned.
If you are unable to locate your invoice, it's always a good idea to:

  • check that you have selected the correct country
  • check that the driving licence number is correct
  • check that your name is spelled correctly
  • check that the driving licence number and name listed on your rental agreement are the same as the details you entered.

If you need an invoice for a car hire that took place more than six months ago, you will need to contact the office where you hired your vehicle and they will send you a copy.
