Extending car hire at an airport branch
Since you hired at an airport location, we can extend this reservation for you in no time. To do so, please call 1-844-377-0169; our customer service specialists are here to help!
Please note:
- Currently, the only way to extend your car hire is to call us.
- When extending a car hire, the branch will need to place an additional authorisation on your credit or debit card.
- Your rates are subject to change based on the length of your car hire extension. Usually, the longer you keep the vehicle, the better deal you'll receive because you can then take advantage of our weekly and monthly rates.
- At this time, Enterprise Plus points cannot be used to pay for an extension.
Extending car hire at a non-airport branch
Since you hired at a non-airport location, you will need to contact the car hire location directly. The phone number for the location can be found at the top of your rental contract. If the office is closed, please contact them when they open the next business day.
